This website is operated on Dr. Sudheer’s behalf by MahViz Healthcare Intelligence Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, as the website operator. Any personal data you submit is controlled by the practice and processed for the sole purpose of responding to your request.
Important: This website is not affiliated with, and does not speak for, CARE Hospitals as an institution. For matters concerning your hospital admission, records or billing, please contact CARE Hospitals directly. This site handles only consultation-request enquiries made through it.
2. Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through the consultation-request form. That is:
- Full name (required)
- Phone number (required)
- Email address (optional)
- Reason / procedure and preferred date (optional)
- Message — any details you voluntarily type, which may include information about your symptoms or health condition
We do not run advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or third-party analytics profiling on this website. We do not buy or enrich your data from any outside source.
3. How we use your information
Information you submit is used only to:

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You are giving personal data voluntarily for the specific purpose of requesting a consultation. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 13); withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done lawfully before withdrawal.
5. Sensitive and health-related information
Please do not send detailed medical records, scans, or reports through this website. The message box is only for a brief note about your reason for the consultation. Share detailed clinical information in person or through a secure channel the office gives you, not through this public web form.
If you do choose to describe your symptoms or health condition in the message, you consent to that information being used only to respond to and prepare for your consultation. It is treated as confidential and is not shared beyond what is described in section 6.
7. Storage and retention
Form submissions are delivered to the office and may be retained by our hosting provider for a limited period. We keep consultation-request details only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of the enquiry, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner (see section 9).
9. Your rights under the DPDP Act
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure of your data where it is no longer needed;
- withdraw consent at any time;
